3. Scalar backend system implementation

a. Description:

Scalar is lightning stroke detection system. Data is provided in ASCII form or embedded within XML via HTTP. System requirements call for implementation of a complete backend, consisting of server (e.g. Apache, Nginx), database (e.g. Sql or NoSql). This system interfaces to other systems via HTTP or other protocols (e.g. MQTT, OPC UA). Envisioned capacities for database entries are (5-30)/second from lightning detection system and 100-10000 simultaneous Web/mobile application users. Fast access to large database, and large portions (e.g. 100 MB out of 100 GB) of it are desirable property.
